Whether OC or Fanart or Stylized art, please understand that all the artworks will be in my artstyle.

I will not accept any requests that requires me to alter my artstyle.

Please understand that certain requests will be denied if I am not comfortable drawing.

Necessary references should be provided to the artist before commissioning. (I will not accept any ai-generated references)

Full one-time payment is required beforehand for "Coloured Sketch" commissions.

Any other type of commission accepts half payment beforehand. This process will be divided into two parts; (1) Before the artist starts the sketch (2) After both parties have confirmed the final work.

The commission will not take progress until the first payment is made. (Waiting time for the first payment will be 1 month)

The final works will not be sent out until the artist has received full payment. (Waiting time for the second payment will be 1 month)

If either of the payments are not made within the waiting time period, the commission will be cancelled automatically.

Please inform the artist in advance if payment is to be delayed!

Cancellation is eligible at any times. However, refunds will be granted only under certain circumstances. Please read the following.

If the client requests a cancellation within three days after the first payment, a refund will be transferred back to the client.

However, cancellation after three days will not grant any refunds to the client.

Although the first payment was made, progress has been confirmed, and final artwork has been agreed upon, NO refunds will be made if the client does not transfer the second payment within the waiting time mentioned above.

If the client is unsatisfied with the final artwork due to the artist's negligence in following the provided references, necessary corrections will be made by the artist. However, the client will not receive any refunds.

The artist has the right to use the commission works in their portfolio, for self-promotion, and post them on social media platforms.

If the client does not want the works to be used, privacy fees of 5,000 Ks / 100 Baht / 4$ is to be paid.

Upon agreement, the client is granted non-transferable usage rights. However, copyright remains with the artist. For additional rights, please discuss directly with the artist.

The client must not claim the work as theirs. They must always credit the artist by using their social name.

The client has the right to use the work for personal use only. This includes activities such as cropping the artwork, printing, making merchandise out of the artwork for personal collection, making give away products with the artwork, using the work for profile icon or cover photo, and posting the work on social media with credit.

The client DOES NOT have the right to alter the work in any form. This includes colour grading, erasing certain parts of the artwork and drawing over.

The client DOES NOT have the right to sell or profit from the artwork.

The client DOES NOT have the right to use the artwork for AI and NFT purposes.

The client will provide all necessary references. (Eg. Pose, Outfit, Expression, Background, etc.)

The two parties (client and artist) will discuss on details.

Please feel free to provide your own sketch of the artwork if there is any.

After agreement, first payment can be transferred.

5 Revisions are allowed during this stage. Please list out and provide references for the changes.

No revisions can be made after confirming the sketch unless the artist makes a mistake.

Each round of extra revision will cost additional fees of 5,000 Ks / 100 Baht / 4$.

2 Revisions are allowed during this stage. Please list out and provide references for the changes.

No revisions can be made after confirming the lineart unless the artist makes a mistake.

Each round of extra revision will cost additional fees of 5,000 Ks / 100 Baht / 4$.

Starts after the lineart is confirmed.

Only minor changes are allowed during this stage. Please list out and provide references for the changes.

No revisions can be made after confirming the base colour unless the artist makes a mistake.

Starts after the base colour is confirmed.

Only minor changes will be allowed in this stage. Please list out and provide references for the changes.

Progress updates will occur time-to-time.

If the final artwork included mistakes due to the artist's negligence in following the provided references, necessary corrections will be provided free of charge.

After confirming the final artwork, the client will send out the second payment.

After receiving payment, the artist will send the necessary files through drive, email, wetransfer or other means.

The client is responsible of saving the files immediately afterwards.
